Making new friends came so naturally when we were younger, didn’t it?
Between school, career, and community groups, we naturally found ourselves in environments that were conducive to building new connections.
As we get older, socializing can fall to the bottom of our list of priorities. And building new relationships requires us to drop our guard, open our hearts, and be vulnerable – which can be no easy feat when emotional scarring has accumulated from previous relationships!
